Capital Projects

Mullins Center Locker Room Campaign

The Team UMass Locker Room Campaign is raising funds for the renovation and expansion of locker rooms for the ice hockey and men’s and women’s basketball programs—a project that will be a vital element in the recruiting process and a significant enhancement for current student-athletes.

Call the UMass Athletic Development Office at 413-545-4290 for further information, or click here for a Locker Room Campaign brochure in PDF format.

Boyden Weight Room Campaign

As we look at the future of UMass Athletics, we realize that we must provide the finest in athletic facilities and equipment in order to compete in today’s fierce market to attract top student-athletes. The Team UMass Weight Room Campaign is raising funds for the relocation of our strength and conditioning facility into a renovated 9,000-square-foot room in the Boyden building.

Call the UMass Athletic Development Office at 413-545-4290 for further information, or click here for a Weight Room Campaign brochure in PDF format.

UMass Softball & Soccer Complex

UMass athletics is involved in a capital campaign to complete what will be one of the premier softball and soccer complexes in the northeast. Phase one, the new softball field, was funded by state and university dollars.

About $3 million in private support is needed for the final phase - the soccer field, facilities building, grandstands and press box. You can contribute to this fabulous new facility through the "Buy-a-Brick Program" and naming opportunities for individuals and corporate donors.

Call the UMass Athletic Development Office at 413-545-4290 for further information, or click here for a "Buy-a-Brick Program" order form in PDF format.
